1. Follow a strict skincare routine.
Following a strict skin care routine morning and evening will give your skin the benefits that it requires to maintain healthy skin.
2. Use the right products.
So many people get this wrong and instead of improving their skin, they damage it. Make sure that the products you use on your skin are recommended by your beauty therapist, and are correct for your skin type.
3. Stay clear from chemicals/toxins.
Stay away from any products that use harsh chemicals or toxins. These products will be harsh on the skin, and leave a tingling sensation, although you may think they are working on your skin, they could be damaging.
4. Exfoliate twice a week.
Exfoliate your skin twice a week and no more. Exfoliating your skin every day will be harsh on the skin and also keep the pores open to allow bacteria to get into your skin.
