2. Change your clothes regularly

You must make it a point to wash your clothing after each wear. Once you shower wear clean fresh and laundered clothes. Wearing smelly, sweaty clothes of the previous will only increase the foul smell. You can also consider bed linens and pillow cases once a week. Wear loose breathable clothes that absorb the sweat and also dry quickly. Moist skin is very conducive to the growth of bacteria.

3. Alum

A great way to control bad odour is to use alum in the armpits. After a shower rub alum on the armpits. Its effectively curbs that growth of bacteria and prevents the foul smell. Alum crystal deodorants are now readily available in the market.

4. Baking soda

Some people swear by Baking soda. You should dust baking soda on the armpits, neck and feet (regions that sweat more than the rest). It soaks in the moisture and kills odour causing bacteria. Another way to use baking soda is creating a solution of lemon juice and baking soda. Apply it to the armpits, leave for 10 minutes and rinse.
