2. Sleep

Make a habit of getting an adequate amount of sleep. Ideally, you must get at least eight hours of sleep. Also, you must sleep incorrect posture which is to sleep with your head slightly elevated so that the body fluids do not collect in your eyes. If you tend to sleep with a pillow then develop a habit of using one. Also, if you use contact lenses then make sure that you remove them before you go to sleep.
