2.5 Lips
Makeup for the lips relies heavily on eye makeup. If you opt for darker eye makeup the lipstick shade should be lighter and vice versa. If you go dark or light for both you will either look like a clown or look washed out. Line the lips, apply your lipstick, top it with lip gloss and you are ready to go. Most makeup artists use a lip primer as the base (as a foundation for your lips) to make the lipstick last longer and smoothen out the lips.
