6. Lips
- The basic rule for lip makeup is coordinating it with your makeup. If the eye makeup is loud, lip makeup should be toned down and vice versa.
- Line your lips to accentuate your pout. Lip liner can also be used to correct the shape of your lips and create the illusion either of thinner or fatter lips.
