Messy buns, pigtails and hair left loose look good to a summer party not an office interview. Wash your hair and tie it in a hairstyle that will keep all the hair off you face. A pony tail or bun at the nape should be fine. If you want to leave your hair, please ensure that it sits well and does not look unruly.
