4. Sending out Invites
Select the invitations based on the theme. If you plan to make personalized invitations, don’t forget to mention the venue, the date and time, dress code for the event and a contact number of the host. The invitation should be mailed at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid any delays.
5. Prepare a Menu Card
When you guests have honored your invitation and come, you need to treat them to a scrumptious meal. The food dishes you choose will be based on the time of the event. Think about finger foods, appetizers and snacks. Plan the dishes for the main course as well. Don’t forget the cake at the baby shower. You can bake or buy one based on the theme.
