The messy, old world braided style is modern nod to a simpler time, with its beauty steeped in its effortless simplicity. Remember, though, that in 2014, the overdone braid is overworked and dated; instead, think ‘messy on purpose’. Here, the hair softly frames the face in the front, the braid is styled to one side, and pieces of the braid are actually pulled apart, ever so slightly, to create a look that we frankly can’t stop looking at.
