Eat a healthy and well balanced diet. It should comprise of fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean meats, dairy products, nuts and legumes. All these food groups are required in the proper quantities to ensure flawless skin. Cut down on fried, fatty foods, high sugar foods and high carbonated drinks.

Get adequate sleep each day. Inadequate sleep results in dark circles and puffy eyes. Try to get at least 6 hours of sound sleep each day. Sleep early and rise early.
