4. You show the ring and she says “Wow” with the added “It’s delicate”
The ring has always grabbed the attention. Everyone wants to know how big it is, the metal is it made of and the number of studded stones it boasts of. When someone tells you the ring is delicate (she sure is hinting at its size and not its intricate designs) you feel like punching her in the face. Don’t do it. Just say thanks and move on. She’ll get mad you were not bothered by it. It is actually only an expression of her jealously that you got proposed while she is still single.
